  Before the practice was purchased by Southern Dental it was excellent in every way. Since then any experienced dentists have left and I have had a succession of variable dentists; I have seen three, all Spanish. Any one who is any good leaves. There is now no hygienist after the very excellent Jenny left, which is vitally important for my dental health. She was replaced for a short time by another person who then left! The management cant't be bothered to communicate with me as a patient about these changes so all I have discovered is entirely by turning up to my appointments and seeing a new face or being told no, they still have not recruited a hygienist. The dental appointment I have this week I have cancelled as I rang up to check and they said I was seeing someone new again - however I have had poor feedback from a neighbour about the practitioner so I shall have to find somewhere else. Southern Dental are only interested in your money and clearly don't pay enough to make people want to stay - but now that includes the patients!

  I've called on numerous occasions recently trying to arrange a dental appointment after a filling has come loose. The phone is never answered no matter what time of day I call and my messages have not been responded to. Very poor.
